Aaaah, the tuna and kidney beans salad that my Italian friend used to make... I missed it, so I decided to make it myself. All you have to do is mix the ingredients!

Dutch Mustard Soup / オランダ風マスタードスープ


Tokyo is getting colder.... It is still not as cold as November in Amsterdam or Boston, but it is getting cold. And that makes me crave for Dutch Mustard Soup from time to time. If you like sour taste, or if you are a big fan of mustard, then this soup is for you! It is quite thick in texture, so it also fills you up and makes you warm!

Canada Trip / カナダ旅行

Katsuo Butter Soy Sauce Rice


 We Japanese typically do not pour soy sauce over steamed rice but there are some exceptions! This is one of them. Bonito flake, a bit of butter and soy sauce over rice, and mix it well. 


One of my favorite fruits is Konatsu. It means "small summer", which I think is a perfect name for such a pretty yellow fruit that is only available in early summer (May/June).
